Incentive Marketing Group provides each client, large or small, the personal attention they deserve. That is why we have clients that have been with us for five, ten, even thirty years. Our flexibility allows us to tailor programs to meet your unique needs. Think of us as an extension of your own company, allowing us to take care of the day-to-day details of your promotional program.

Founded in 1974, Incentive Marketing Group merged with two existing promotional companies in 1994. We currently operate three offices, two in Atlanta, GA and one in Charlotte, NC. Each is headed up by one of the three principals of the company. Our main office in Marietta, GA is staffed by a customer service, sales, shipping and accounting department. This 25,000 square foot warehouse houses merchandise for multiple catalog programs. Our Charlotte office primarily handles the manufacturer's rep side of our business. Meet the Principals

Doug Grimm
Doug's picture should be next to the word “workaholic” in the dictionary. With over 30 years experience in the industry, he is our resident expert on apparel and promotional products. Doug graduated from the University of Florida and has extensive experience in all phases of the industry.

Marvin "Bubba" Rollins
Bubba (or Marvin if you're from up North) manages our office in Atlanta and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. Bubba graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Administrative Management and Occupational Safety and Health. With over 20 years experience in the industry, he is a recipient of the Gold Key Award given in recognition of unique and effective promotional marketing programs.

Dennis Thomas
Dennis graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management. A former sales manager with Rubbermaid and a past president of the Incentive Manufacturers & Representatives Alliance trade association; Dennis is a two time winner of the Gold Key Award. With over 35 years experience in the business, Dennis heads up our Charlotte office.
